Guests can easily access the house by entering a custom four-digit code of choice into the smart lock deadbolt on the front door. There will not be access to the detached two car garage, nor the bathroom supply closet.

A quiet family neighborhood on a 25 mph residential road.

When you park in the driveway, you can access the backyard by using the door in the fence. At the top left of the fence door there is a small black screw on the top of the post with a silver chain hooked on it. Pull the chain up and it releases the latch on the inside of the fence door, once you push the door open you have accessed the yard and the door should latch behind you again. If you have small children or pets, be sure to double check and verify the latch connected.
